Troubleshooting Your ComfortZone Heater

Problem Solution
   
The heater's airflow has been reduced Make sure the electrostatic filter is clean (see Maintenance)

Check front grill and look behind rear air intake for any objects that could obstruct airflow.

If the heater's airflow is still diminished or has stopped, please call Customer Support - (866) 446-2864

   
The heater stays on after I push the Power button to turn it off. This is a normal function of the heater. DO NOT unplug the heater until you no longer hear the fan running. During this time, the heater is cooling down.
   
The heater's display is showing a line of dots. This is part of the heater's normal operation. After a period of inactivity, the heater will enter into a "screen saver" mode to conserve power. This will not affect the heater's operation. When any function key is pressed, the heater's display will reappear.
   
Heater thermostat temperature does not match wall thermostat temperature Call your Dealer to obtain programming instructions for matching your ComfortZone thermostat settings with your existing wall thermostat.
   
The heater will not turn on. Test the outlet to make sure there is power available and then check the heater display for the flashing TIME DELAY light. Press the POWER button to turn off the timer and resume normal operation of the heater.

Unless picked up at our location, all items are subject to applicable freight charges (to be quoted).  Not all items can be shipped due to weight and size factors.  Items marked free shipping are for within Canada and the USA (with the exception of remote locations)). We do not ship chemical products or insecticides.  All prices subject to change without notice.  Not all items may be available at all times.  We reserve the right to choose our customers and to limit quantities if needed.  Website is also subject to error.  If a pricing error is discovered it will be fixed, however we are not obliged to sell for the error.  Website pricing may differ from in-store pricing. 

We accept VISA, Mastercard or American Express. You can also send a money order or check, in which case we will wait for it to clear prior to shipping out the goods.  In some cases, Paypal will be used as a payment method.
