The honourable Minister of Consumer Services
Resolution No.263

Hon. Wayne Gaudet: Mr Speaker, I hereby give notice that on a future day I shall move the adoption of the following resolution:

Whereas.. U.J. Robichaud and Son Limited of Meteghan Center is celebrating its 130^th Anniversary of operation as a lumber and hardware business; and

Whereas.. the family owned firm was founded in 1867, the same year as the Canadian Confederation, and like our country has grown and prospered ever since, and

Whereas.. U.J. Robichaud has for five generations overcome fires, economic depression and recessions to remain an important employer and vibrant part of the Clare business community;

Therefore.. be it resolved that this House congratulate the present owner/operators, Camille and Marie Robichaud, for continuing the proud legacy established by Jean-Pierre Robichaud in 1867 and wish them ever greater success in the years ahead.

Mr Speaker, I request waiver of notice.

MR SPEAKER: There has been a request for waiver of notice.

It is agreed.

Unless picked up at our location, all items are subject to applicable freight charges (to be quoted).  Not all items can be shipped due to weight and size factors.  Items marked free shipping are for within Canada and the USA (with the exception of remote locations)). We do not ship chemical products or insecticides.  All prices subject to change without notice.  Not all items may be available at all times.  We reserve the right to choose our customers and to limit quantities if needed.  Website is also subject to error.  If a pricing error is discovered it will be fixed, however we are not obliged to sell for the error.  Website pricing may differ from in-store pricing. 

We accept VISA, Mastercard or American Express. You can also send a money order or check, in which case we will wait for it to clear prior to shipping out the goods.  In some cases, Paypal will be used as a payment method.
