"POLY PLASTIC" ALKYD SEALER/PRIMER 'Polyplastic'
Alkyd Sealer/Primer Clear A fast-drying, modified alkyd sealer, insures an
even finish and professional results on all of your wood projects.
Eliminates the fuzz that will develop on all wood when a stain or a clear
coating is applied. May be applied to all types of bare or stained woods,
dries quickly, and sands easily to an extremely smooth finish. Can be used
under conventional alkyd or polyurethane clear coatings and contains no
stearates. Application: Pure bristle brush, foam roller or sprayer. Thinning
is not recommended. However, when used in spraying applications, can be
thinned with VM&P Naphtha. Thin with mineral spirits in brushing
applications to reduce tack and slow drying. Do not thin more than you will
use in an eight hour period and do not save or store after mixing.
Approximately 300-450 square feet per gallon depending on type and porosity
of wood. Clean up with mineral spirits or VM&P Naphtha or paint thinner. The
surface will dry to touch in approximately 15 minutes. The surface can be
sanded in 1 hour depending on humidity and temperature, and may be recoated
in 2 hours. 946ml

alcohol. Highly recommended for shellac dilution, as a window cleaner, and
as a windshield washer anti-freeze when mixed with water in the right
proportions. Also for disolving gums, resins, rubber cement and celluloid.
Colourless and smokeless when burned. Flammable. Plastic container.
