Yes it did arrive! Thank you so much for the quick reply and followup email. I
installed the dryer vent yesterday, it went in with no problem and I used an
outdoor window/door caulk with it. The old one no longer closed completely and
barely opened. The result is that the area by the washer/dryer according to a
digital thermometer was about 8 deg F warmer than usual even though the outside
temperature last night was a chilly 7F (-14C). The room immediately above the
dryer vent is also noticeably warmer since outdoor air is no longer leaking into
the wall and floor under it! This was money well spent. I'll be
recommending it to some friends.

Thank-you very much for this update. I m looking forward to the receipt of the
package sometime today. This level of customer service (tracking the parcel for
me and letting me know where it is at) is far beyond what I have experienced
from others, and not what I expected in any event. I am certainly going to keep
you in mind next fall when I will be looking to replace this filter. Those who
provide a personalized service (as much as one can over the internet) always get

We're OK for now.
We haven't received the second batch yet (it takes a while for them to make
their way across the border). But, we get regular status updates from Canada
Post and US Post. We appreciate your assistance. These are not available
anywhere in the United States. Apparently, the panels that use this breaker
were more popular in Canada. We have another project starting soon that
may need some. We'll let you know.
