They are composed of closed cell, extruded polystyrene foam, providing a foam billet with resistance to moisture absorption unsurpassed by any other foam billet material. It takes only one cubic foot of STYROFOAM Buoyancy Billets to float 55 pounds. And, they won't lose their buoyancy, even if punctured. STYROFOAM Buoyancy Billets are light weight and are quick and easy to install. STYROFOAM Buoyancy Billets stay on the job year after year under normal conditions. They do not waterlog or corrode.

Please note: Due to the size of these billets, they are intended for our local market only. Customers inquiring from outside the Maritimes please note that these would have to be shipped by transport truck with the shipping cost paid by the customer.
