Can cover up to 3,000sq.ft. The heat recovery core of the unit preheats the air coming from outside before being distributed throughout the home. This process ensures a comfortable, healthy air quality. With 104cfm of filtered air and 104cfm of fresh air this unit is ideal for ridding the home of excess humidity. Includes electronic wall control 40425 (74703-13) with recirculation mode, high and normal speed air circulation, automatic mode, programmable, outside temperature indicator and maintenance indicator. Merv 8 filter (foam filter) 04852 filters air at 25% at 1 micron. It's also possible to use a Hepa replacement filter (04803). Ideal for new constructions. Meets building code requirements and can be installed in multi-vents by one of our recommended installers. Basement installation kit (15273) sold separately. Uses 6" round ducts internally and 5" or 6" ducts for external connections. ''Smart Temp'' system allows fresh air flow to change depending on the outside temperature, for ultimate comfort. Maintenance-free motor. 120 volts, 192 watts and 1.6 amps. Heat recovery performance of 58% at -25ºC. 2-year warranty on all parts and labor in workshop only, except for core filters and foam filter.
